   GEMS specializes in the sale of accessories, instrumentation, maintenance and operating services by providing customers with the human and material resources necessary for carrying out projects in the industrial, oil and gas fields. To this end, the company continues to develop its know-how and skills to better satisfy its customers and improve its performance.
   Quality, safety and environmental protection are priority themes to which GEMS pays particular attention.

   To this end, GEMS must distinguish itself from its counterparts, by offering its customers and other interested parties a quality of service that meets their needs and expectations while ensuring the prevention of health and safety risks of all those affected by our activities as well as to the protection of the environment a high priority.

   Aware of the issue of quality, health and safety at work and environmental protection and their impact on the good control of our activity, we are committed to setting up a Management System integrated in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 based on continuous improvement through regular audits in order to achieve the targeted objectives and which is based on the following points:
  • Compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions and customer requirements;
  • Environmental protection and pollution prevention by limiting the environmental impacts of our activity, in particular waste treatment;
  • Increasing the safety of our employees and contractors, through effective prevention of personal injury and health damage;
  • The increase in the availability of our equipment and the efficiency of our services and the availability of workforce;
  • Continuous improvement of our integrated system and our performance.
   In order to achieve these objectives, management is committed to identifying and ensuring the availability of resources, necessary information and an adequate working environment and is committed to meeting customer requirements, regulatory and legal and continuously improving the system efficiency.

   To this end, a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment manager has been appointed to coordinate our actions in order to constantly monitor the evolution of our Integrated Management System as well as the improvements necessary for its proper functioning.

   In this regard, all staff are called upon to adhere to the implementation of the Integrated Management System and to apply the work rules, procedures and any other operational document.

   I am asking each of you to spare no effort in order to succeed in our approach and consolidate the confidence of our customers and interested parties.

   This policy is reviewed as necessary in management review meetings or in the event of a strategic change.
